Since we are only undergoing a change in legal form, all contracts will remain valid. However, we kindly request you to update your master data as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NEEMANN LiteFlexPACKAGING GmbH &amp; Co. KG<\/li>\n<li>Maiburger Str. 64<\/li>\n<li>26789 Leer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The commercial register number\u00a0 (Aurich HRA 110004) and the value-added tax identification number (DE 117270727) remain unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>Sabine Eggerking will remain shareholder as a limited partner, Meinhard Neemann will transfer his share in the company to Cord Neemann with effect from January 1, 2024, in the form of a limited partner share.
