According to our customers requirements we thoroughly select the raw materials and develop adequate recipes. The results are films which usually consist of several different resigns in different layers - either produced inline on our coextrusion maschines or laminated in a separate workstep.

• Monofilms
  • Most of our films consist of or at least contain polyethylene (PE) - an all-round material with excellent environmental properties. As a relatively stiff and very transparent material orientated polypropylene (BOPP) is also a choice in many cases.
• Coexfilm (multilayer)
  • The advantages of different layers are a better tear and burst resistance, allowing thickness reduction as well as different layer properties: colour, sealing temperature or kinetic friction etc.
• Design-laminates - a high value option with sandwich printing
  • PE/PE
  • BOPP/PE (also for lapseal-applications)
  • optionally printed with sleeves, enabling borderless motifs
• Barrier-laminates
  • polyamide (PA)-based top and bottom-films for thermoforming applications
  • various high barrier materials: EVOH, PVDC, SiOX, metallization
  • optionally with antifog or peel-properties
• optionally high-temperature resistance up to 121°C
